Learn More About CCAs

Customers that receive service from a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Program are eligible to participate in the SOMAH Program if:

  • The CCA utilizes the SOMAH Virtual Net Energy Metering (VNEM) tariff of the relevant participating Investor-Owned Utility (IOU).

OR

  • The CCA utilizes its own SOMAH VNEM tariff.
