Project Bids for Property Owners

Eligible contractors are invited to submit competitive proposals to SOMAH-qualified leads.

Property owners applying for the SOMAH Program without a solar contractor, may solicit project bids from eligible contractors. The SOMAH Technical Assistance and Support Services team will provide property information to contractors, enabling them to submit project cost and timeline estimates to prospective clients.

Job Trainee Eligibility

Contractors on SOMAH projects are required to hire eligible job trainees for all SOMAH installations and meet trainee wage requirements.
