Virtual Net Energy Metering (VNEM) Explained

SOMAH projects are required to allocate at least 51% of the solar credits to tenants. Learn how VNEM works to directly benefit residents of multifamily affordable housing. Each utility has its own VNEM process, which we outline in five general VNEM steps for contractors to follow.
