Are HUD-funded properties eligible for the SOMAH program?

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) deemed most HUD properties eligible for SOMAH. However, some HUD funded properties are ineligible. Find the complete list under special considerations on our eligibility page.
